Harry Styles’s self-titled new album, released by Columbia, has opened at the peak on Billboard’s latest album chart, with the equivalent of 230,000 sales in the United States, according to Nielsen. Also on the album chart this week, the Zac Brown Band’s “Welcome Home” (Elektra) opened at No. 2, Kendrick Lamar’s “DAMN.” holds at No. 3, Chris Stapleton’s “From a Room: Volume 1” is No. 4, and the “Guardians of the Galaxy: Volume 2” soundtrack is in fifth place. The rock band Paramore opened at No. 6 with its new “After Laughter,” and last week’s chart topper, “Everybody” by the rapper Logic, fell to No. 11 in its second week out.
